All Personal Data is stored on servers located in Brazil.

All data collected will be deleted from our servers when the User so requests or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for us to offer our Services, unless there is any other reason for maintaining it, such as any legal obligation to retain data, or the need to preserve it to protect Qualicorp’s rights. Whenever your personal data is deleted or rendered unusable, you will be informed via e-mail or another form of contact that you choose from those made available by Qualicorp for this purpose.

The Data Controller, within the limits established by law, may have the right or choice to:

10. k) to object to Processing carried out based on one of the hypotheses for waiving consent, in the event of non-compliance with the provisions of the LGPD.

In order to exercise their rights, Data Subjects can access and fill in an exclusive form for exercising their rights under the LGPD.

6. How Personal Data is Protected

Qualicorp adopts appropriate security measures to protect Personal Data, which is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with any legal or regulatory requirement.

The security of your Personal Data is important to Qualicorp. The Company is committed to protecting the information it collects. Appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures are in place to protect the Personal Data that is provided and/or collected from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

8. Minors’ privacy

Qualicorp’s website is not directed at minors under the age of 18. Qualicorp does not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors under the age of 18, without the prior verifiable consent of their parents or legal guardians, or through any other available legal basis.

Qualicorp may receive Personal Data of minors from their parents or legal guardians, for example, when the minors are beneficiaries or dependents.
