Maurício Lopes

Mr. Maurício da Silva Lopes, current Chairman of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors, served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from July 2023 to August 2026. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A. for four years, until June 2023, and Health and Dental Vice President at SulAmérica from 2013 to 2019, where he also held the position of Technical Director from 2011 to 2013. Between 2000 and 2011, he served as Executive Director at Allianz Saúde, Technical and Product Director at Medial Saúde, Executive Manager at Unimed-Rio, and Economic General Manager at the Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). He also served as Vice President of the National Federation of Supplementary Health (FenaSaúde). Mr. Maurício holds a degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB) and the University of Greenwich, as well as a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from City University London and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP).

 

Murilo Ramos Neto

Mr. Murilo Ramos Neto, current Vice Chairman of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors, has more than 28 years of experience in the financial markets. He began his career at PEBB Corretora and Banco PEBB and later became the partner responsible for Serficom Family Office’s operations in Brazil and Latin America, formerly the Multi Family Office of CM-CIC Private Banking, in addition to being a founding partner of Pacífico Administração de Recursos. He served as Chairman of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors from January 2023 to August 2026. He is currently a founding partner of Opportunity Auster, where he is responsible for the Wealth Management business. Mr. Murilo studied Economics at IBMEC.

Ricardo Saad Affonso

Mr. Ricardo Saad, current Member of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors, has built a distinguished career in the insurance industry, with more than 30 years of leadership experience at Bradesco Seguros Group, where he led large-scale operations and made significant contributions to the development and modernization of the sector in Brazil. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco Auto/RE and General Director of Bradesco Saúde, leading strategic businesses, market expansion initiatives, and institutional strengthening efforts. He also served as Director of the National Insurance Federation, actively participating in industry and regulatory matters. Mr. Ricardo holds a law degree from Universidade Candido Mendes (UCAM).

Bernardo Dantas Rodenburg

Mr. Bernardo Dantas Rodenburg, current Member of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors, worked at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão from 2002 to 2007 and at Opportunity Equity Partners from 2007 to 2009. He founded Libra Nutrição Animal in 2012 and was a partner at Leste Private Equity from 2014 to 2023. In January 2024, he founded Auster Capital, a private equity firm investing in sectors such as healthcare, education, food, and fitness, among others. Mr. Bernardo holds a law degree from PUC-Rio and earned an MBA from Stanford University in 2011.

Luis Felipe Francoso Pereira da Cruz

Mr. Luis Felipe Cruz, current Member of Qualicorp’s Board of Directors, is Partner and Co-CEO of Pátria’s Private Equity Buyout business. He joined Pátria in 2010 and became a partner in 2019, having participated in investments across a variety of sectors. He began his career in Anhanguera’s M&A team, served as CFO of Microlins, and led the M&A teams of portfolio companies in market consolidation strategies before assuming responsibility for New Investments. Throughout his career, he has led private equity investment teams in more than 100 transactions. He also serves on the boards of directors of several companies, including Alper Seguros, Atakarejo, Smart Fit, Plurix, SEK, and Sementes São Francisco. Mr. Luis holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Eduardo Oliveira

Mr. Eduardo Oliveira, current Chief Executive Officer of Qualicorp, has more than 10 years of experience as a partner at leading law firms in Brazil and the United States. He has been with Qualicorp since 2020 and served as a statutory officer since 2023, leading the New Business, Marketing, People & Culture departments, and held the position of Executive Vice President before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in September 2026. Mr. Eduardo holds a law degree, with honors, from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Eder Grande, current Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer (CFO and IRO) of Qualicorp, has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Controllership, and Internal and External Auditing. Previously, he served as CFO and IRO of Multilaser and held positions at major Brazilian and multinational companies, including Itautec, Parmalat, Ducoco, Copagaz, and Deloitte. Mr. Eder holds a degree in Economics from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and an MBA in Controllership from Fipecafi.

Mr. Flavio Mergener Salles, current Chief Commercial Officer of Qualicorp, has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale commercial operations. He served as Executive Commercial Director of Localiza and Omnichannel Director at Via Varejo, where he was responsible for integrating physical and digital channels. Mr. Flavio holds a degree in Business Administration, MBAs from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and additional executive education from The Wharton School and Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD.

Eduardo Rogatto Luque

Mr. Eduardo Rogatto Luque currently serves as a Sitting Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. He developed his professional career at Price Waterhouse do Brasil, a consulting firm, from 1989 to 2016, including 13 years as a partner from 2004 to 2016. Since August 2016, he has led the Quality and Technical Committee areas at Irko Organização Contábil Ltda., a consulting and accounting firm. Mr. Luque serves as a Full Member of the Fiscal Councils of Fundação Zerrenner (Ambev Foundation) and Itaúsa S.A., having taken office on May 10, 2019. He is also a member of the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil (IBRACON), the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), the Regional Accounting Council (CRC), the Federal Accounting Council (CFC), and the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA). He is a qualified auditor holding the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI) certification and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of California, United States. He also serves as Strategy Director of the Brazilian Association of Administrative Service Providers (ABRAPSA). Mr. Luque holds a degree in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), an MBA in Controllership from the University of São Paulo (USP) and completed the APG Senior Executive Program for senior executives at Amana-Key.

Eros Henriques Dalhe

Mr. Eros Henriques Dalhe currently serves as a Sitting Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. He has extensive experience in the finance field, having worked at Arthur Andersen do Brasil, an independent audit firm, from 1973 to 1989, where he progressed from Audit Assistant to Audit Manager. From 1990 to 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AIG do Brasil Ltda., a member of the AIG International Group, overseeing statutory and management controllership, treasury operations, and investment policies within the actuarial and regulatory framework of SUSEP. From 1996 to 2015, Mr. Dalhe served as Chief Financial and Infrastructure Officer of Accenture do Brasil Ltda., a global consulting and outsourcing company, overseeing the company’s finance function in Brazil, including statutory controllership and treasury, as well as management controllership throughout Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela). He was also responsible for Geographic Services (Infrastructure) across Latin America, including Facilities & Services, Marketing, office relocations, Information Technology, Travel, and employee mobility. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Rio Bravo Investimentos, overseeing operations and finance, including statutory and management controllership, risk management, compliance, legal affairs, back-office operations, information technology, administration, and documentation. Mr. Dalhe holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Mr. Flavio Stamm currently serves as a Sitting Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. Since 1992, he has served on Boards of Directors and Fiscal Councils and has provided consulting and advisory services in the administrative, financial, corporate, tax, and auditing fields. He is a partner at Stamm & Stamm Consultoria Empresarial Ltda. and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Mr. Stamm has served as a member of the Fiscal Council of Telefônica Brasil S.A. since March 2007. He also serves as a Full Member of the Fiscal Councils of Companhia Industrial Cataguases and Usina São Manoel S.A., and as an Alternate Member of the Fiscal Councils of Richard Saigh Indústria e Comércio S.A. and Raia Drogasil S.A. Mr. Gilberto Lerio currently serves as an Alternate Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. He has extensive experience in tax, administrative, and business consulting, accounting, auditing, and corporate governance projects. Throughout his career, he has worked as an auditor and consultant and has been involved in corporate spin-offs and mergers, monitoring investments and shareholdings of Brazilian and foreign investors, and advising clients on administrative, tax, and fiscal matters. Mr. Lerio is a member of the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil (IBRACON) and the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo (CRC-SP). Since 2007, he has served as an Alternate Member of the Fiscal Council of Telefônica Brasil S.A. and as a member of the Fiscal Council of Raia Drogasil S.A. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Plastifluor. He has been a partner at Lerio & Zacaner Auditores Independentes since 2004 and at Revisora Paulista Contabilidade since 1975.

Jorge Sawaya Junior

Mr. Jorge Sawaya Junior currently serves as an Alternate Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. He worked for 40 years at Price Waterhouse do Brasil in São Paulo, where he served as Director of the Deals practice, building extensive experience in Assurance and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Over the past 30 years, he has provided financial and operational due diligence services, accounting and tax structuring, and post-merger integration support, among other advisory services, participating in more than 1,000 transactions. Mr. Sawaya has advised both domestic and international clients, including strategic and financial buyers and sellers, in transactions ranging from US$10 million to more than US$1 billion across industries such as consumer products, retail, laboratory services, hospitals, higher education, technology, and general services. He was a member of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP) and currently participates in events organized by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Mr. Sawaya holds degrees in Accounting and Economics and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Mr. Paulo Roberto Gozzi currently serves as an Alternate Member of Qualicorp’s Fiscal Council. He served as General Legal Manager of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) from 2003 to 2008 and was a board member of several CSN Group companies from 2004 to 2017. At CSN Mineração S.A., formerly Nacional Minérios S.A. (Namisa), he served as Chief Legal Officer from 2009 to 2015, Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2015, and Chief Financial and Legal Officer from 2016 to 2017. Between 2002 and 2005, he served on the Board of Sociedade Amigos da Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo (OSESP) through its Volunteer Service Program. Since 2008, Mr. Gozzi has been Co-Founder and Partner of Re-Thinkcorp Resilience Governance Ltda. He also served as Interim Statutory Officer of Iguá Saneamento S.A. from November 2021 to July 2022 and has been a member of the Financial Committee of WAM Multipropriedade Participações S.A. since March 2021. Mr. Gozzi holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MBA in Financial Markets and Corporate Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
