• An increase in delinquency levels related to payment of the health plans fees charged from our beneficiaries in Affinity segment could adversely affect our financial results.

• Fraud or irregularities practiced by brokers and/or beneficiaries in the process of hiring health plans may affect the loss ratio and premium receivables from our portfolio, and could impact the Company’s results.
• If our partner HMOs are unable to accurately estimate or control their costs, our financial results could be affected.
• The maintenance of successful relationships with HMOs (health and dental segments) is a key factor in executing the company’s business strategy.
• The Company’s business depends on constant market monitoring to identify new professional associations and/or class entities potentially interested in our services, and on beneficiaries’ increase under active contracts, in addition to maintaining contracts with the class entities that make up the Company’s portfolio.
